What was tire size on '73 aircooled type III fastback?
Hil,
Thanks for checking your manual. All the tips triggered a memory: "165/SR15" seems to resonate in the brain for my '73. I had the car from 1976 to 1990. A great car for hauling lots of stuff, good tracking in the snow and on ice, and good clearance for exploring old logging roads. -Tony Jim Behning wrote: > I think they came with 155x15. Sorry for the delay Tony but yes 165/15 are the stock tires for most
