Lug nut on Costco rim - Which to use?
Got Costco winter rims for my Civic (185/65/15). I know that Honda use
a ball taper but the fella from Costco tire shop said that my original Honda lug nuts will fit. Alas... I have looked at my spare wheel and it seems to me that a profile for the nut is a bit different from that of Costco. Moreover the stud hole diameter is a bit bigger in spare tire rim than in Costco rim. So, can I use the original nuts on Costco rims or the fella was wrong? |
