Default SW-99 A/C problem

I have problem with my A/C - it is not cool enough.
Originally I thought that I have missing some Freon.
I did some diagnostics already:
1. A/C compressor is running
2. fan is running
3. Freon pressure is correct - at the top of the green zone at 2000 RPM
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

You want the low pressure side to read about 30 psi for the best cooling
dont know where that is on your green zone but you probably want it on the
lower end of that green zone, sounds like you are over charged !
