injured fronty by
Cam
Yes it will grow back. To be on the safe side maybe you should quarintine
the fish for a week or 2 just to give it a fighting chance. I think the
medicine for fin damage is known as Maracyn, but I might be wrong on that
one, I'm sure someone else should know. Your front should be good as new...

Louamb

I really hope someone can help. I have a 33 gallon tank - PH is around
7.0 and temperature is around 28 degree celcius. 4 angelfish reside in the
tank.
This one angel is acting kinda weird; and I'm hoping she's getting ready
to spawn. She's in the back on the tank and "pecks" at the...

Does drinking aquarium water cause adverse effects ? by
Jim
Well folks ... the most bizarre thing has happened ... our next door
neighbor came over one night with her little obnoxious 10 year old son
of which I've nicknamed "fatkid".
On a regular basis, fatkid keeps making fun of my fish in addition to
hitting the glass and stressing out the entire...

Fish problem - funny/sad by
Limnophile
I don't really need advice this time, but I thought I should share my latest
fish problem.
My cats usually hang out next to the fish tanks, watching the fish. Once in
awhile they even jump on top the tanks and drink out of them.
A few days ago I found my 10 inch Oscar dead on the floor. I...

Time to strip it down and clean it out questions by
Sam
What I was meaning about point D was:
A forward flow head on one end of the UGF and a reverse flow head on the
other end of the UGF. I was thinking this may not be a good idea because
the water would form a current from one end of the UGF and over to other
end. Thus the water current would be...

Time to strip it down and clean it out questions by
Sam
I am a newbie but advancing.
After Nine months of 23 fish in a 50 gallon tank, and about 7 assorted
plants, it is time to give it a good strip down and clean out. I had a
small UGF in the tank but it did not cover the entire bottom, and I always
do weekly water changes and gravel vacs. But I...

Green Severums exibiting pack behavior by
Daniel Freas
A few weeks ago I went out to my LFS and bought two small jack dempseys.
They were supposed to be an interesting addition to my green severum
tank. I bought them small because I knew they were agressive and the
severums are generally not so I wanted the jacks to grow up around the
severums and...
