Yes it will grow back. To be on the safe side maybe you should quarintine
the fish for a week or 2 just to give it a fighting chance. I think the
medicine for fin damage is known as Maracyn, but I might be wrong on that
one, I'm sure someone else should know. Your front should be good as new in
less than a month.
