Tank leaks! by
Inabón Yunes
My 75gal tank is accumulating salts on its edge. It has to be a leak but I
was wondering if it is normal or should I just transfer everything to a new
tank?
Is not a big deal but worries me.

Will bioballs work in a power filter, or do they have to have a wet/dry?

How Often should you.. by
Peter Pan
I have a canister filter system with bio media as well as carbon media for
my 75 gal (75 lbs LR) FOWLR. I use to change the carbon every time I do a
partial water change. I read somewhere that I'm getting rid of too much
bacteria at one time. If this is true, how often should I change the carbon...

R/O Problem with Well Water by
Dave Stewart
Does anyone else have problems making R/O water from a well? I just
replaced both filters & new membrane and it's barely making water. I use a
water softner so I don't get it.
Are some R/O units better than others? Most probably all use the same
membrane.

FW to SW transition, equipment suggestions by
Jason
I have had 3 successful freshwater tanks for about 3 years (10G, 29G,
and 55G), but I've been seriously considering converting the 55G tank
to a reef aquarium. Everything that's in there can be moved to another
tank, with the exception of a single pl*co that I can probably give
away locally. I know...

Hey all,
Never posted to this group before, but I took a 90 gallon acrylic

upgrade the lighting. Right now I've got a 4' coralife 4x 65w PC on it
which just isn't enough. Where should I go from here?

removing coralline algae by
Captain Feedback
Hello;
I'd like to remove the coralline algae from the side and back glass
panels of my tank. The algae is growing in sheets which are only
lightly attached to the glass, and scrape off easily.
What I'm wondering is what will happen if I scrape it off and let it
sit in the tank. Will it just...
