Nobody that I know of.

I bet Bill Gates with all his money would not even pay
that much for a magazine subscription.

It's an aquatic magazine that only costs $8,390.72 a year, thats only
$700.00 a month. And with most magazines if you submit an article to be
published you get payed for for the article, but with this magazine you
pay them.
