Bricks vs pots by
Paul in Redland
A while back I seem to remember someone using bricks as a weight to hold
lillys down instead of planting them more conventionally in pots. Seems like
they simply tied the tuber to a brick and let it sink to the bottom, no
planting medium at all. If anyone recalls the details of this or has tried
it...

Koi Size Question by
Carl Beyer
I have a 5 year old koi and a 3 year old koi. Both have stopped growing
due to the small size of the pond.
If I move them to a larger pond, will they start growing again? Or did
I stop there potential with the small pond.

pond tomato by
Charles
Got my first tomato from the pond today. I read somewhere about
growing tomatos in the filter, the idea is that they are very heavy
feeders and will suck up all the nutrients. I don't know about that
part, but the plant grew and gave me some nice fruit. Tastes good as
well.

Bill Stock
I've given my indoor GF a couple of PP treatments two days apart to cure a
parasite/fungus problem. I dosed them at 3 PPM to start (Friday) and kept
the water pinkish with an extra 1 PPM every two hours. The day after
(Saturday) the first treatment the fish with the white bump had shed his
fungus...

For what Sensitive vine (touch me Vine) costs, I must have pulled and
thrown a couple of hundred dollars worth of it out today........I have
sort of neglected to keep things trimmed up and pruned etc around my
pond, and the stuff went wild. Also dug up and divided a heap of
lilys.......I removed...

Can Anyone Identify This? by
Fastfwd
Can anyone identify this - what I guess is a flower? It's on the new Fiona
Apple cd cover and nobody has a clue what it is. You might get a better
view on her actual website, but I'm including a direct link to the image as
well:
