Default My email to Aquarium Phamaceuticals paid off

Awhile back I posted about loosing my sal****er color card for my
Ammonia test kit, and when I called AP they wanted an inornate amount
of money for a simle replacement card.......Their attitude and
response on the phone did not really setwell with me, so I later on
sent them a email stating my misfortune to loose a card,, and the
unreal price they wanted for a simple replacement card........I laid
it all out in black and white for them all the items I have purchased
over this years time frame made by AP (lots of stuff besides Test
Kits) and in the future I would not be buying their products under any
circumstances, mainly due to their unrealistic card replacement
charges and postage and handling fees.....Today I get a snail mail
from who else but AP, with a brand new salt water ammonia card in it,
free of charge, and postage was only the minimum to send a letter..37
cents IIRC. not the original $5 they wanted for just shipping anbd
handling......or the $3.00 card fee......I sure hope that their not
getting $8.00 total for that card deal is not going to cause someone
to get laid off since their profit margin is reduced............yea
right.........I don't mind paying a reasonable fee, but $8.00 for it
was out of sight no matter how you looked at it.....afterall they sure
do not mind giving you the shaft on the prices that they list as
MSRP.
