Question on a Rena XP2 Canister filter by

I have a Rena XP2 Canister filter for my 46 Gallon Tank. Recently it's been
slowing bubbles into the tank making it rather cloudy. It also makes some
noise while it's doing this. My understanding is that it is caused by

Can 2000K Bulb be ok for a quarantine tank? by

I have clown loach which is in a very condition
It has swamm into the filter three times and it forms is very mishaped and it looks very thin.
It show the classic signs of a loach resting, but it looks very disstressed

I have added a green trigger fish to my community tank(niger species) and it
is excellent. It hides in the rocks, either sideways, or partly upside down
and sideways, wedged in there, and it is like it's painted onto the ceiling.
