Interesting insights Pete. I moved the airstone under the filter
intake, and about every 30-40 seconds the output sends out a bunch of
small bubbles. Some hit the surface and break, but I'd say...

I'll have a go with a Y junction and clamps, but will probably take

I currently have an Aqua Medic 500 reactor in 1 corner of my tank
driven by my Eheim 2217.
I'm losing some CO2 from the base of the reactor, so I'm going to add

Nutrafin (Hagen) Master Test Kit - any good?
Thanks Guys - I got the test kit a while ago. It's fine, but
interpreting the subtle colour shades is another matter.
I've since switched to Tom Barr's EI dosing method, so no need for
test kits and...

You chemistry types seem to ask for problems. I take the simple
approach, but limit the variety of plants. Just to show what I mean
by simple:

I'm going to get a 'proper' test kit for my freshwater tropical tank.
Has anyone got any comments on the Nutrafin Master Test Kit, or other
recommendations please.
