Heat/Tank Dilemma

In my office I have a 125 freshwater tank with just community fish. My

Stocking a 125 Tank

I have a 125 tank that has about 10 cory cats, 2 Bushy Nose plecos and
a handful of danios.

10PPM. Do you need to do a water change with such low nitrates?

When I had a heavier load I would water change enough to keep...
