is there a way to get copepods to add to your tank , for food? other than
buying more live rock of course.

Copepods are part of the food chain. If you dose your tank with live
phytoplankton, the copepods will eat it. And some fish eat copepods, such
as wrasses and mandarins. The circle of life... even in a 10g nano.
