Moonlight bulb with Malawis
Hi,
Not even sure I fully know what I'm talking about here but does anyone use a moonlight tube for after the main lights go out. I know they use them in reff tanks for corals that glow. If so what is it and how long is it on for etc... tia, Sky

Moonlight bulb with Malawis
Ummm... its usually a "high intensity" white LED light that simulates the
Moon's glow. Some corals like to have this as their reproduction depends on it (if you are so lucky as to have a home grown bloom) There is zero reason to have it in a Malawi tank.
