Default pond design

We're designing a 4000 gallon pond.
Designer has speced two 90gpm pump, two 3" floor drains and a skimmer.
We have 4 water falls. One pump serves two waterfalls and the other serves
the filter
and the two other waterfalls. I think that the water falls should be
segregated from the
filter, but he tells me not to.
When falls are off an automatic device will continue to circulate this water
into the pond for airation
without the sound of the falls.
I'd like to post the plumbing riser and specs for feedback, is this
possible?
