Default What is the quietest protien skimmer for a 55G

Hi,

I have a 55G tank with a cpr bakpak 2 skimmer on it. The noise is too much.
Is there such a thing as a silent skimmer? The reason I bought the bak pak
2 was because it was supposed to be a quiet skimmer, but I find it hard to
believe that there isnt something out there quieter.

Thanks,
Mike.

The bak pak comes with a airline muffler, and is still loud, the noise is
mostly coming from the pump (rio 600)
