Default What size pump is needed for overflow box??

Looking for some help on a pump for an overflow. I'm going to be getting an
Eshopps 800gph overflow box for my 75 gallon tank with a Eshopps 125 Advance
refugium. Anyways I'm currently using a 600 gph pump on the set up I have
now (overflow with a sump). This may be a silly question but can I use the
same pump for the new set up or do I need to get a higher rated one? I
believe the current overflow box I'm using is rated for 600 gph and the new
one will be rated for 800 gph. Any help is appreciated

TIA,
Susan

You can use the same pump as anything below 800 gph will work fine.
