Who had the brilliant idea of allowing cross-postings on usenets? What positive purpose could it possible serve? Seems like it just bogs the system down...consuming bandwidth.....this is a senseless generation for sure...Technology abounds and we lack the discipline to use it properly. Back in the day, USENET was all there was.
