It's winter time over here in New Zealand. And as such, I believe it's
normal for the plants to die back. Unfortunately, my partner did not read it that way, and threw (our quite expensive) set of plants out. The whole lot ![]() Temps have been dropping below zero some nights, but no chance of the pond freezing - we have 4 goldfish that are growing ok, and showing no signs of missing the plants. Should I rush out and get more plants, or will it be ok until spring/summer? (I would prefer to wait until then when the plants naturally take off again - as I have a mate that is quite happy to provide a variety of new plants from his pond for free.) Cheers for any advice. -- Duncan |
