I've always avoided getting Clown Loaches, as I've only got a 55 gallon
for my Tropical tank. I'll be upgrading to a 90 gallon soon, so I thought
I would add some Clowns to the group.

===================
I've read they only reach 6 to 8" in an aquarium. Mine reached about 6"
in a 55g tank.

They dont grow to their full size in a fish tank, but we have some at our
zoo here in pgh, they are very pretty when they get big.
