Default Housing Bonnethead Sharks

I'm looking into building an aquarium large enough to house a pair of
bonnethead sharks. I've been told that a 10 ft diameter aquarium would be
sufficient. I'd like some more advice on tank size as well as where to look
for the pricing and building of a large project like this.

Thanks,
Craig
