The LFS has a similar product called "Bio-Ball" which has a central air powered UGF tube with a small halogen light shining down the bubble column. It looks great lit up and bubbling and it does have the removable top, so I was basing Eco-Sphere on this. I wasn't aware it was a shrimp enclosure that was totally sealed ;( It seems to me that when the life cycle of the shrimp is through you can't clean these things - so does that mean they have built in obsolescence?
