shrimp and bloodworms-how often?

I guess it depends on what kind of fish you keep. I keep mostly
carnivores in the big tank, so they get a mixture of frozen brine
shrimp, bloodworms, and mysis shrimp once a day. Before lights out I
dump some sinking wafers for the bottom feeders. Works for me, I haven't
fed them flakes other than a snack of spirulina flakes in ages.
