I don't know what the EPA says, but if inactive ingredients can be harmful,
they aren't inactive.

this facility.

It is a cheap preservative but also listed

the material is stored.

The MSDS for formaldehyde warns
that it may be fatal if inhaled, swallowed, or absorbed through skin;
