Thanks VERY much to the two people that responded to my "should I starve
my betta" thread. :-) Thanks to the very timely advice from "nippyfish", he is pretty much back to normal now. I also did a water change in the tank for him. His belly is WAY down, and he is more active and more responsive to me now than he has been in the past month or so. I've got him on a rotating diet of Bloodworms, brine shrimps and Tubifex worms. He's not overly thrilled about the tubifex, so is there any other dried critter foods I should try? I saw dried Daphnia at the LFS also. Even the snail is not too thrilled over the tubifex. I'll probably end up using them as cricket food. I feed the crickets that I feed to my pet frog fish food along with reptile vitamins. Makes for good "gut loading". Thanks again!!!!! -- K.
