I finally broke down and bought the outrageously expensive Java Moss on a
Lava rock from the LFS. It's from Belgium you know. ![]() about 1/3 of the plant overnight. They also pulled all the Java Fern out of the pot I had it planted in temporarily. Time to see if the Betta would appreciate a new plant. |

I once read that if you put something like blanched lettuce/spinach/whatever
on a veggie clip and make it a regular part of the goldfish diet they will be more likely to leave your plants alone. Don't know where I read it, maybe in this newsgroup... I was curious if anyone found this to be true or not. E.Otter |
