check out
http://www.garf.org/tank/buildtank.asp it will give you all the anwsers you need. used that site to make some 300 and 500 gallon tanks. Not sure about formica, I always use potable water tank paint to treat the insides of plywood. Posted by user at forum.cjexotics.com
