Chicago/Wisconsin: Ornate Bichir (male) wanted

I am looking for a breeding age male Ornate bichir, hopefully in the
Chicago area or Madison/Milwaukee/southern Wisconsin area. A breeding age
male would be over six inches long (closer to 10).
