beteween a wedge to hold a heavy door open and a tiny shim to even the
legs of a wobbly table.

I wasn't talking about harvesting bone in general. I am only speaking
of this particular operation. Orthopedic Doc's do the same
operation...however, with a hammer and chisel and on the side of the
hip.
That is totally different from the way this Neurosurgoen does it.
That's what I'm talking about. Not the same comparison as you are
talking about.
