I know that sometimes livebearing mothers hold the babies past term to the points that the babies & even the mothers can die if not released in time. ================= Evidently that's what happened to my poor little Mickey Mouse platy. When I fed them before, I noticed a new group of golden colored fry in the Java moss clump. :-) These are surely from one of the golden females I purchased last month.
