My opinion Bios-wheel on FOWLR is OK but not recommend it. You will need to
have schedule water [RO/RODI] changes to lower nitrate if it get too high. With fish only, nitrate is tolerable. CapFusion,... "Dinky" wrote in message hlink.net... Comments on the use of bio-wheels on FOWLR tanks? -- billy -- Need tech help? news://news.winextra.com |

Comments on the use of bio-wheels on FOWLR tanks? I use a bio-wheel on my FO quarantine tank, but I know that the bio wheel is a nitrate factory and I wouldn't have the patience to change the water often enough in a FOWLR tank to keep the nitrates down.
