Default Fish only with Live Rock Filtration question

Here is a outline of what my setup is:
75 Gal tank, 65 lbs live rock in display tank and 10 lbs in my 20 gal sump
with a remora skimmer. I also have 11 hermit craps 11 turpo snail, a cleaner
srimp, a pepermint srimp, 1 tomato Clown, 1 Regal Tang and a banner fish. My
question is, do I have enough filtration with just the live rock and skimmer
for this tank? The guy at the LFS said that live rock is not enough for
filtration.
