I've had the same on the leaves protruding out of the water. I'll be
interested to find out what they were. I trimmed my plants so there was nothing protruding out of the water and they're gone, and haven't returned since Leong "Emil Krey" wrote in message ... That would be interesting to try, but I don't belive my fishes bother abouth them. These bugs realy are small and the fishes doesn't seem to see them, and how abouth these on the aquarium glass above watherline, my fishes doesn't jump for nothing. Emil "Yan Chengyi" wrote in message ... Can't recall the name of the insect. But maybe you would want to remove the plant for a while and let the fish enjoy them. "Emil Krey" wrote in message ... I did not notice before, but now it seems like I have some kind of bugs on top of the leves of my floting plant, the same kind is on the glass of the aquarium. It seems like it is not going down into the water, just on top of the water. They are abouth 1mm yellow/red or smaller, difficult to see them wery clear. when I tried to squeese them they just jump away. They can "walk" on the water. Someone got anny qlue what it is, how I can get rid of them ? Emil Krey |

They are harmless. The fish sometimes eat them. |
