Plants Banned and Fishes Permitted In Maine

Man - what ISN"T banned in maine? Even angelfish banned in maine? I could understand maybe egeria densa (it would grow like a weed most anywhere and cause major problems but the others in this list have me worried about severely restricting freedom in maine and this country) being banned but man....Good luck and later mister gardner - by the way - do you live in maine?
