Going from mild to very sudden cold snaps with it not getting much above freezing during the day and bitter at night. I don't have any outdoor fish at the moment but I certainly lost a lot of very hardy plants this winter... My guess is that you are right and it was the temperature swings that are the cause of your fish losses... Gill |
