Sounds like that's what is up and good "for me" to know. I've seen pads do
this in other ponds and the only explanation I have had, from books, was
dividing was needed. Then I ran into someone who had just divided that
spring and their lily was putting out pads like this by June. Now I'll know
to ask what kind of fertilizer they're using. Thanks. :-) ~ jan

These are spiffy two-tones.

I am amazed that my knuckles don't bleed when I walk.

Are you ever surprised by the speed with which people run away from you,
janj?

Sounds like that's what is up and good "for me" to know.

[Taking a shower.]

Me too! Why, it was only yesterday that I had had.

Then I ran into someone who had just divided that spring and their
lily was putting out pads like this by June.

Who told you to think? I don't give you enough information to think.

Now I'll know to ask what kind of fertilizer they're using.

I don't know. Are they using?

Thanks.

Thank God I smoke.

:-) ~ jan.

It's what they call the song of nothing.

If you can resist complaining to people and boring them with your
troubles, you have reached the same level of development as my pet rock.

Help, I can't seem to relax!!! ARRGHHH SO TENSE!!!

I am here to mock you, not diagnose your problems or play agony aunt.

I've got Jews at my table.

Then I ran into someone who had just divided that spring and their

It depends on the situation.

Thanks.

Thanks to everyone who posted answers to my question about the runner
on the lotus. It is doing very well now, and I enjoy it each and every
day. I threw some triple phosphate into the pot, and that seems to
have helped also.

My 8 year old Lotus still isn't blooming even though I fertilized it several
times this summer. I give up on it. :-(
