If someone has great experience in a certain area, you challenge that
experience with on-topic questions. Character references and usenet
practices are not on-topic, to say the least.

Your expertise, as I understand it is goldfish. Your posting efforts
are (by any psychological definition) should pertain to questions
regarding proper stewardship of the goldfish subjects.

This is a free open forum and I've had bettas for many, many years and KNOW
they don't need heated and filtered tanks to do well for years. Are you
trying to censor what I post because it disagrees with someone else's
experiences? Why not tell her to STOP trolling every one of my posts? A
quick search of Google will show you I NEVER harassed her about her
experiences with bettas - she would always attack me *FIRST.*

Don't post about trolls and trolling here. There's a newsgroup for
that. Alt.troll and its variants. I'm convinced that RAFM, PONDS &
GARDENS wouldn't have the noise levels now.

Throw the damn computer away. Stay off usenet. You've become infected
with the malicious style of usenet, and as such, your participation
contributes to its demise. There is no freedom without moral law.

And the moral law says this is a free open forum and I am allowed to post my
experiences as well as you or anyone else.

Figure life out yourself at your own pace. Do not attempt to educate the
masses. Go out from among them and be ye separate.

If my participation adds to the problem, you can bet I'll be gone in the
blink of an eye.

You are adding to the problem when you try and censor someone from posting
their experiences here.

Do not live in usenet.
Go to the kitchen.
Go shopping.
Mend the garden.
Mend the socks.
Start a volunteer group.
Start another hobby.

These past two weekends have shown us that you just won't let a dead
subject lay to rest. Stop getting in a twist about others' opinions.

You need to check those threads and you will see SHE attacks every post I
make where bettas are concerned. She insults me constantly with juvenile
trollish remarks. HAVE YOU CHECKED before posting this? Have you asked her
to stop this behavior? Why not join their moderated group where censorship
is welcome and anyone with different experiences than she has is banned.
