White Sturgeon

hi, i just got a small white sturgeon. Nice and very active and
friendly.
But it doesn't seem want to eat the stuff that my cichilds eat. Any
advice?

it grows slowly. yeah when it gets bigger i have to get a gigantic
tank. eventually releasing it in lake. (or make fish balls)

In a lake? You need to check to see if that's legal where you live. Fish
balls may be a more legal choice.
