It is possible, that these are only two you have...
I would try to remove rock with aiptasia from the tank
and try to remove it with a clean toothbrush...
Then rinse rest with water and with some luck you will
destroy all of them.
Do not do it in the tank, because aiptasia can regenerate
from the smallest piece of its body - so when you damage
the anemone in the tank, pieces will flow with the water
and lodge somewhere causing another outbreak.

p.s.
aiptasia is not a plant, they are animals (anemones).
