ive purchased 3 pygmy gouramis and 3 serpae tetras. i didn't learn till
after i got the tetras that they can be fin nippers and i did some
research on them (i mainly just bought them because i lvoe the red
colour of them), but they're in the tank and everythign sems to be
fine, the tetras hang out and chase each other all around, my danios
zip all over the place and my 5 gouramis now all travel together
===================
That's good to know. :-) The tiger barbs were my concern.

Those all were great choices!

I will admit the tiger barbs were more questionable, but have kept them
in many of my client aquariums over the years with gouramis, in fact
in a personal aquarium, a gold gourami killed one of my green tiger
barbs.

Good luck!
Carl
