several times before the heat of summer sets in.

We lost an adult female butterfly koi one winter after a prolonged cold
snap. That was I think, two or three winter's back. Not all catfish and
trout chows are created equal.......

If their made to industry standards and thats governed by what
dictates a marketable fish in a given period of time it is. Your
really clueless and make an awfull lot of assumptions based on
nothingness and guided by the unwillingness to spend a buck to get

zone was the test done in? How many years did the test run? What age were
the koi at the start? At the finish? Who financed it? What were the
ingredients in the cheaper feeds used? What natural resources were
available to the fish other than the feed? I spent some time on Google and
Yahoo and came up empty handed. Just "opinions" were all I found.
