Keep Carol Gulley from washing her ass in the tank and problem should
go away. Wayne Sallee is a dumbass moron emphatuated with carol gulley the troll On Mon, 05 Mar 2007 15:10:47 GMT, Wayne Sallee wrote: Do a large water change. The obvious answer is that it has Ich or similar and has been rubbing itself raw. However, it doesn't seem to really be itching itself or doing anything odd, and I've been watching it for a few hours. Is it just raw? Any comments? Ideas? --Kurt ya should have used some vaseline there Kurt......! ------- I forgot more about ponds and koi than I'll ever know! |

My Yellow Tang developed this when a) I first introduced it (it also picked up a dose of Ich) and b) after I stressed it out after adding more live rock while it was in the tank (it was impossible to catch). On both occasions the red slowly faded over the next 2 - 3 weeks and the Tang showed no ill effects. Change the water if you really want but I don't think it necessary - it's almost like a bruise that just fades away. This subject is also mentioned on the WetWebMedia website and on Reef Central - a forum 100 times better than this one. David |
