Hi Roy,

First and foremost it is sad that such a misunderstanding has come to
pass. It is recognised that you have a right to reply to the comments
made by Derek in his post. It is the concensus opinion of the
Moderation Team of rec.ponds.moderated that you are entitled to do
this. Our only request is that you keep it objective as far as you can
and do nothing further to inflame the situation and whilst it is only
fair that you can make a post defending yourself it is in no-ones
interest to make matters worse. Equally we commit to doing the same.

We would prefer that you email the post that you intend to make to one
of the Moderation Team so that we are in total agreement that it will
pass moderation under the charter thus avoiding further
misunderstandings. This can be to a Moderator of your choice but it
will be discussed by the team as a whole. The reason for this is that
we do not want to further aggravate the situation by rejecting a post
from you. However, if you prefer to just submit it then we will
respect this but we do not want to go down the line of possible
rejection so a pre-approval would cover all of our bases.

You have been a very valued contributor to this group in its infancy
and it is the sincere hope of all of the Moderation Team that you will
continue to be so.

So I am allowed to call derek a bad boy and not have it rejected on
rpm.......Hell I can call him and others what they are on any fourm
and its gonna get back to them just the same is it not? Tit for tat
now that is real just punishment for a rogue moderator who dances to
the tune of his own drum., but then again, don't all of them or so it
appears?

See issuesl like this is what was asked by me in a polite and civil
manner intially but the big 8 boys decided to ban my posts, so they
could control exactly what appears in a policy / charter and there is
just certain things they do not want to be aired out, and neither does
the moderation team or group propoponents.....
