The head for both systems is approximately 7' 8". The pumps need to be low wattage (using a hippo at the moment at 300w ph, ouch) and able to run these systems at a reasonable rate. Any ideas what I ant and where in the UK I can find them? I have since been looking at the Aqua Bee 2000/1 which is rated at 38w and can pump to a head of 10'. Does anyone have any experience with these pumps? Cheers Mark Why do you need a pump with a 7' 8" head do you pump the water from a tank on the floor to a tank/filtersystem 7' 8" high then the water returns by gravity? Im only curious that was all Kevin --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). I'm using a big Ocean Runner (6500) - more output for less power for less
money than a Eheim. So far (12 months plus) no problem. Mark "Marksfish" wrote in message ... I am looking for some pumps which will circulate my systems.
