Hi
I've just been given a 2ft tank and a Arcadia Lighting controller type C5 36W - 38W 48'' - 42'' ( 1'' DIA ) is this controller unit any good for a 2ft tank or is it too powerfull. |

I don't think it should be a problem. It might be brighter than you need, and it might lead to excessive algae growth. If you're planning a planted tank it could even be what you need.
