Hey guys:

I only get red slime on the side of my aquarium that gets a lot of sun from
the sky light and only on the sand bed.

The LFS suggested vacuuming it up but because the sand is so fine I've been
hesitant to do that yet.

I've been using Blue Vet ~ Red Slime Control when the red slime gets out of
control. Seems to work amazingly and the fish/coral don't seem to mind.

I wondered what your opinion was on it. What is it made of and have any of
you had any bad experience as a result of using it?

Thanks.

I used their aiptasia control, and it seems to work. My LFS carries
the slime control, and he's pretty good about only stocking things
he believes in. FWIW, I read on the internet (so I know it's true)
the guy who founded Blue Vet originally worked for Kent, which has
a good name.

the global warming thing. after they booted my response they covered it
pretty well. i copy some of their responses for future battles.

i only said:

"I really don't care what a rightwing media informed newsgroup participant
has to offer."

they kicked it out for that. i left the rest out cause actually my argument
was pretty lame looking back at it.

I told gil passman we were both being smart alecs and why didn't they pull
your's?

she said i made a personal attack. i think they just wanted your response
so they could go on their own tangent.

i've noticed that group is pretty dead anyway

i prefer freedom to exchange ideas.

I don't doubt your sincerity.

Yeah, I had a lot to say about it, but to be honest, I really didn't want to
waste my time on them. I'll never be able to convince them they are wrong
and and even if man is the cause, which we're not... if that's the case..
then there is nothing we can do about it.. Either way it's a waste of time..
