Swords can get too darn aggressive and they're jumpers. =:-O You remember me, I'm the one who only likes and wants non-aggressive fish. :-)) Many small danios or cherry barbs can also compliment these fish. I also have kept Gouramis such as dwarf gouramis with these fish in similar sized tanks with good success. I've had no luck with dwarf and honey gouramies in the past. :*( They never last more than a few months. The pearls and common gold and blues live for years. I may just keep tank #2 a livebearer tank. I do want to add a blue female gourami to my other 55g tank.
