Try attaching a piece of NORI (sheet Algae) to a piece of rock or water logged drift wood for the algae eating fish to eaty in a FW setup............mine all love Nori Sheet algae and its much cheaper to buy than the wafers....... ============================ I still haven't seen these sheets in any of our local stores. We don't have stores that cater to Asians. Have you seen this algae anywhere else? I hope the prices are a little lower in the new PetsMart that's about to open soon. =========================================== Do you have a Japanese resaurant near you? Anyplace with a sushi bar is bound to have nori by the ream... Have a meal, tell them about your dilemma. Most are happy to sell you some. None near us. We have a large Mexican population and I can get anything that community would buy.... but we have almost no Asian people here. Or, you can order online (I don't think your live plant experience will carry over to a dried good like nori) I heard of a restaurant supply house that supplies Chinese and Asian eateries in Nashville I want to check out first. I was given the location but they didn't know the name of the place. It's about 20 miles from here........ They may even have something I'm interested in for myself. :-) http://www.sushilinks.com/ Thanks for the info. -- RM.... Zone 6. Middle TN USA ~~~~ }((((* ~~~ }{{{{(ö |
