mommas douche water, so they get lots of nutrients.

What kind of lighting and nutrients do you use in that 90g? I've noticed
that if I keep mine in a tank with 3.25 WPG (no added nutrients), they get
some green hair algae growing on them but they do very nicely in a tank
that's at 2 WPG (again, no added nutrients).

I have four, 4 ft florescent tubes. The tubes are just what I had
about, a "plant tube", a day light tube, and two cool white tubes ...

This is just an experiment so nothing special, I am adding a 15-35-15
fert now, it is my wifes ... again, just something which was laying
around. I made up a strong stock solution and drop 90 drops
every-other-day into the tank and change water every 5 days ... this is
not a "scientific experiment" ... just something done for fun.
However, I am getting good growth ... but have to scrape algae every so
often ...

It started out a bit more organized but had to move stuff and have
carpeting installed, painting, etc. so this is the state it is in for
right now ...

Are you going to sell them to local pet shops? They are pretty. I have to
keep my eyes open for them in the local stores.

The ones at the local stores here look horrible. Not only do they charge
$10 for a golfball size, but they're browning in places, filled with debris
and are not quite "ball shaped" but look like they were ironed out and then
folded back together. Would be nice to see some that were grown by
experienced people.
