Try Google - Plenty of info on the Web.

Geez I guess no use asking it here huh?

Sorry if I sounded offhand suggesting you try Google.
Although I've kept fish for some 45 years Green Terrors aren't a species
I've kept.

Is there any specific question you're needing answering?

Not really, but it's nice to hear replies from a couple of civilized
folks for a change. I think that USENET is pretty much dead, except for us
old fossils that know how to do it. I can't tell you how many folks I've
tried to recruit to various NG's, by send them a list of instructions. It's
just too much trouble for the casual computer user.

Too much trouble - that seems so strange to some long time Usenet
people like me. I find web forums far too much trouble as they are all
over the place and vary so much. Usenet survives because it's so
simple to use. The main trouble with Usenet is spam from Google groups
and gmail users.

I agree with you both but USENET just doesn't seem to get to PC newbies.
Looking at your Sig Steve you're in IT and JKC has put together a decent
website so neither of you two lack an understanding of IT.
Myself I have the awful job of fixing PC's & PC problems for a living so I
too am not new to USENET.

Shame, but that the way it is.

BTW - Check out my post on free article.

The difficulty for them is configuring a good reader like Outlook
Express. I don;t use Google Groups, but that's gotta be easier? The wacko's
and nasty's don't help either.

Funny but I put that website together so many years ago, that most
people didn't have computers or internet access to even see it at the time!
LOL
I maintain 25 really old workstations at my school these days. I'm a
grade school computer teacher, but end up spending 1/2 my time just keeping
these dogs running. My school is very poor and fighting to stay open so I'm
always looking for parts on Ebay and such.
